Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Online orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Once Bpost has received your parcel, they try to deliver it the next workday for Belgian shipments. The delivery period for Standard International shipments are indicative and vary between 2 and 10 workdays. You can follow the status of your parcel with Track & Trace and the My bpost app using the barcode from the shipping confirmation email.
We offer the following options:
BELGIUM
- Home Delivery
- Delivery at a pickup point or parcel locker of your choice
- Home Delivery
- Delivery at a pickup point or parcel locker of your choice (NL, LUX, FR)
- Usually ready on the next working day.
IN-STORE PICKUP
On the checkout page you can also select the option to pick up your order in store. In this case you will receive an e-mail confirming when your order is ready to be picked up within the next 24 hours. The 14-day return window starts from the moment you receive the notification your order is ready in store.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receipt. Our return/exchange policy only applies to articles returned; which have a label attached; in original undamaged packaging; unworn/unwashed; without wear traces; sufficiently franked.
Send an e-mail, mentioning your order number, to online@monar.be to announce your return. Return costs are always paid by the customer. Send the package to the following address:

You can also return/exchange items bought online in our stores. Please also bring the filled in return form to speed things up.
As soon as we have received the package, you will receive a refund for the amount paid on your bank account or credit card account within 7 working days (excl. shipping costs). For orders returned in store, the refund will be made in the same way.
